System Content:

The system simulates three types of fires: underground belt fires, oil fires, and electrical fires. The simulation includes the causes of fires, flame and smoke characteristics during combustion, and the spread characteristics of different types of fires under windy and windless conditions. It can demonstrate key regulatory points, such as oil storage and oil spill handling.

System Functions:

1. User login authentication;

2. The system is divided into training mode and assessment mode. In assessment mode, the system can submit user assessment results to the backend management system;

3. Supports user interaction with virtual equipment in the virtual environment via VR controllers;

4. Supports users navigating through the system using controllers;

Includes text and voice commentary functions.

Technical Approach:

The system is developed using the Unreal Engine, leveraging PBR materials to create a realistic virtual reality representation of the underground working environment. It employs a particle system to simulate effects such as water spraying and dust during operations.
